You will slowly see your physical fitness increase.
Build physical fitness and a sensible diet into your
life.
Follow a program that works for you and your
lifestyle something is better than nothing and you will find you
start making time!
Find the dead time in your schedule and use
that to work out.
Get up 45 minutes early and workout rather
than lying in bed.
Or workout at lunch time and eat your sandwich
at your desk.
Go to the gym straight after work and then
do your commute in half the time once the rush has subsided.
'It's not just about the gym either try to walk
to work or cycle round the park on Saturday morning, give the dog
a treat and go for a walk to build up an appetite for Sunday lunch. Health and Fitness can be fun!'
It is important to eat regularly, if you starve
your body of food your metabolism will slow down. Exercise has raised
the metabolism let's keep it there.'
- Reduce the empty calories; nothing tastes as
good as being in shape feels!
- Avoid processed food, they add starch and fat
to it!
- Drink plenty of water.
GET MOVING, EAT SENSIBLY YOUR BODY WILL TAKE
CARE OF THE REST! YOUR HEALTH AND FITNESS WILL IMPROVE QUICKLY.

that you see a physician for a complete medical examination before
undertaking an exercise program. Particularly if you have a family
history of high blood pressure or heart disease, are over the age
of 45, smoke, have high cholesterol, are obese, or have not exercised
regularly in the past year. If at any time while exercising, you
experience faintness, dizziness, pain or shortness of breath you
should stop immediately.
