Exercise programs

Getting the most from your workouts requires exercise programs designed with a particular purpose in mind. Too many workouts are actually pretty aimless, a compromise that attempts to be all things to all people - a bit of cardio, a bit of strength training, a bit of flexibility. End result? They're not much of anything.

To be really effective an exercise program needs to target a specific muscle group, taking them one at a time to maximize the results.

Our exercise programs do just that. We have exercise programs that target the following areas:
  • Abs
  • Core
  • Lower back
  • Upper back
  • Calf muscle
  • Glutes/Butt
  • Thigh
  • Hamstring
  • Hip
  • Knee
  • Chest (Upper and Lower)
  • Triceps
  • Biceps
  • Shoulders
These include workouts designed to both strengthen the area, and also improve flexibility. The combination of improved strength and greater flexibility allows you to operate more efficiently through the full range of motion, improving your performance and reducing your risk of injury.

The workouts are appropriate for all levels and a range of sports - for example ski fitness. If you've never done anything more than a simple full body workout before, you'll find that concentrating on one area at time allows you to focus better and learn what really works.

For the more experienced, the individual elements will help you sharpen your focus and move up to the next level.
